SUMMARY:-

 

 

 During the Preparatory stage, you were energetic, friendly, and seem to have a clear goal of your own; we believe it's time management as you informed us. We have noticed that you were committed to the sessions and the conference which I hope was a result of nailing your time management goal. We believe that your enthusiasm and hardworking has inspired us just as your teammates. We can clearly see the great leader you have in you; we hope you exploit it properly to achieve so much more.  Keep it up.

 

CONFERENCE:-

 

 During this phase, your performance has been observed. The chart below shows a comparison between your performances in the 3 days. Your development is obvious in the communication and participation part which means that you became more prepared and confident talking to others. Engaging in debates with a proper manner is a great value that you should be proud of. However you need to work on you teamwork skills. Never forget, with no great team, there's no great leader. So you need to master your cooperation with others and start to trust them enough to do so.

 

 Credibility means providing proof and actual evidences for your claims. This will always empower your side.

 

Your hard work and eagerness to enhance your skills and achieve more, will get you there. I expect so much more of you because I know you are a "Doer" as in a person with amazing strength and smart enough to plan ahead.
