 It is apparent that you have continued to meet your job expectations. You have made some significant  contributions, which have had a positive impact on the team’s performance.

 

 I especially appreciate your outstanding work ethics-commitment, and your remarkable team effort. You  had a rough start but then made a noticeable effort. I know there are times when it’s tough to stay  motivated and perform well, but you showed a strong commitment to your goals and I appreciate that.

 

 Your performance with respect to your normal professional responsibilities appears to be of very good.

 I believe your performance in those responsibilities assigned and expected of a media member are very  remarkable.

 

 In summary, it is my judgment that your overall performance based on your evaluations, peer reviews and  my observation is slightly above average yet a sign of further improvement is noted and much appreciated  and encouraged.
