Dear Samar, it gives me pleasure and honor to write this profile to evaluate your performance during the preparatory sessions and conference.

During the preparatory stage, your participation was moderate, I’ve noticed that your active listening was very high, but it was obvious that you are a shy person.

As the sessions were going on you started to improve your skills. Your self-confidence started to be higher, and it was obvious that you are a person who has eagerness for development.

You may not remember this, but this is the note you wrote in the opening ceremony.

2010 - present

By now, I hope that you’ve improved your communication skills to a level that satisfies you. Moreover, I want to say that being shy is a nice thing but in the professional aspect you have to develop a way to express yourself well so you can live any professional experience in an effective way.

The Conference:

Like all delegates, the first day of the conference was pretty hard, and everyone was confused, but after that you started to know well how to work it out. Your participation was noticeable. Moreover, you helped your mates to figure out solutions to the conference cases.

You showed good level of teamwork, flexibility, credibility, and discipline, which show that by working on yourself little bit you are going to be a very successful person in your life like you were in this model.
