The Conference:
Like all delegates, the first day of the conference was pretty hard, and everyone was confused. Unfortunately you didn’t attend the next two days, But in the 1 day that you’ve attended your participation was helpful. Moreover, it appeared like you made enough preparations trying to understand the position that you are simulating. You showed good level of teamwork, and flexibility. However, you need to improve your leadership skills. I believe that by working on yourself little bit more you are going to be a great leader.
