During this phase, your performance was observed. We have noticed that it was outstanding, your hardwork and dedication and passion was evident. Your proper communication with your peers and never giving up on negotiating to reach a resolution, was very appreciated.

 

it was obvious that you have prepared well for the conference. you are confident and not afraid to present your opinion freely. I recommend that you slighly enhance your teamwork skills. As you'd make a great leader, but so you can be one, you'll need to understand how to be a golden team player.

 

It would have been more professional if you provide facts and accurate statistics to support your sayings.

 

I can't ignore the fact that you asked me to help you erase an article in the agreement, As I told you, I never expected that from you because I know how nobel and well mannered you are. And I am very sure that you could've changed it yourself through credible strong negotiations.

 

I want to salute you for your outstanding preparations, and for your remarkable development.  

 

 I expect so much more  from you because I know you are a "Doer" as in a person with amazing strength and smart enough to plan  ahead.
