Professional Information:

 

 Your performances continue to be excellent as evaluated by your peers. I concur with that assessment based  on my observations of your presentations and instructional materials. I applaud your success in the instructional  activities. I also want to express my sincere appreciation and that of the committee’s for your contributions.

 

 The majority of your activities and efforts are directly related to instructional innovations and profound interest of  personal development. However, I am sort of disappointed for at some point you've received a warning letter for  reasons we have discussed and you confirmed on addressing them!

 

 In general, your governance and service activities continue to be adequate and in line with your assignments.  However, I encourage you to take the lead.

 

 For the reasons I have indicated, I consider your overall performance to be satisfactory with remarkable  potential for improvements. As mentioned, I would like to see you focus on body language. I would also  encourage you to visit and observe in some of your colleagues' sessions to see how they are conducted.

 

I expect you to take more of a leadership role. I believe you need to get more involved with your team and your  audience.

HR Commentary

 

Ever since the beginning of AIMUN’14, you have been a challenge.Not only for the HR team, but also for the head and vice of your committee. However, through your funny personality and kind heart, you managed not to lose anyone’s acquaintance.

 

Before the 9th session, you have received a warning, as agreed between Mr.Essam and Ms.Dehis, just to remind you of the importance of flexibility that you lacked while working. Only through flexibility you can reach perfection that you are always seeking. Keep trying because you are already doing well. Keep trying because through and by AIMUN’14 you have proven to yourself, before anyone else that you are able to develop and change for the better ONLY when you decide to. You just need the honest and right support that was provided to you in AIMUN’14 and I’m sure you’ll find it in other projects and in your professional life.

 

Lastly, On the behalf of the HR committee, I would like to thank you for the effort you have excreted, whether when preparing new topics that you don’t know anything about, or through presenting a last-minute presentation to save the day.

Head's Commentary

 

I have really enjoyed working with you Maggie. Although we have a lot of challenges together, however it was all fun. Maggie, you have a way of making people happy, with your cheerful smiles and fun attitude you spread around. I will truly miss it all. Maggie, my advice to you is, always focus on making others happy and cheerful and don’t wait for anything in return. Also, I want you to care less on what others think about you.   You are perfect just the way you are, whoever likes it or not. Finally, do not give up on searching on you what you really want from life. Do not be depressed if you don’t find anything, but be motivated instead and insist on finding Maggie.  Maggie, my last request is, to spread your joy & cheers because there are plenty of people out there that don’t know the meaning of happiness and they are waiting for you to show them.

 

I wish you that your life would be full of joy and happiness.
